We stand behind our merchandise and want to maintain
a great relationship with our retailers.

Please take a moment to read and review our corporate terms and conditions.


Terms of sale

M made in Italy merchandise can only be sold at physical location provided to M made in Italy at the time of order; merchandise must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file.

M made in Italy cannot be sold at consignment shops, second hand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval). We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our merchandise to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of M made in Italy.

Each store must meet the standards of the M made in Italy brand and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale family. Accounts will be reviewed annually.

We reserve the right to cancel an account if M made in Italy’s goods are not being well maintained or if the account changes ownership.

Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited.


Territory Limitations

The sale or distribution of M made in Italy products outside of North America or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by M made in Italy. M made in Italy reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of M made in Italy.

Order Fulfillment:

Fulfillment will reflect the delivery dates indicated for each style on the purchase order.

M made in Italy shipping windows are listed below

Fall / Winter collections

Pre fall delivery – May15th – June 30th

Fall delivery –  June 15th – August 31st

Winter delivery – August 15th – September 30th

Holiday delivery – September 15th – October 21st

Spring / Summer collections

Cruise delivery – November 1st – November 3rd

Spring delivery – January 15th – February 28th

Summer delivery – February 21st – April 30th


Our shipping and handling department will respect the shipping window indicated on the purchase order.

Shipping can take up to 3 weeks depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all merchandise in your order is in stock and ready, you should receive your order within the first week of your shipping window.

Back-ordered items can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Cancelling / Changing Your Order

Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, our production begins quickly; therefore M made in Italy only accepts purchase order cancelations within 10 days of the received order.

M made in Italy ensures an order confirmation is sent to the email on file. It is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure the information on file is accurate and up to date.

Defective Returns

M made in Italy warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

A Repair or replacement may be issued for any product, which is found to be defective. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 10 working days from the date of delivery. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 10 days.


A product must be diagnosed “defective” by a member of the customer service and quality control team at the head office before we can accept it as a defective return. If an item is claimed to be defective and after testing is found not to be defective, your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping costs we incurred and a restock fee of 15-30%, based on the condition of the item returned.

You are responsible for properly and securely packing the returned item to avoid any damage.


Please call Toll Free at (877) 389-0002 or visit us online at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.


Return Instructions

M made in Italy will accept repair or replacement claims within the first 10 days of product delivery.


You must email, file a claim online or call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) . No return will be accepted without a RMA.


RMA’s are valid for 14 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Package must indicate “ RETURN TO SENDER”

Returns must be sent by USPS ground with an RMA.

Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to M made in Italy within 10 days of receipt for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We reserve the right to charge an additional restock fee for any items not meeting these requirements.


M made in Italy will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused upon return to our warehouse.


By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by M made in Italy.
